"One Punch Man" episode 8 spoilers confirmed the "Deep Sea King" will be introduced in the next installment of the series.

Chapter 23 of the "One Punch Man" manga, entitled "Threat from the Sea," opened with a sea monster attacking the city. Saitama easily defeated the creature.

Another sea monster arrived and a class A hero named Stinger faced him. The scene was cut and turned to Saitama's house. The hero-for-fun and Genos were talking about how One Punch Man's level is now in class C rank 2.

The cyborg was encouraging his sensei that he just needs a bit more effort so that he can be promoted to class B. The promotion would also mean that Saitama will no longer need to do heroic things every week to keep his hero status.

Genos then got a call from the Hero Association asking for his help in saving J-City from the Seafolk. Apparently, Stinger was already fighting a desperate battle.

Yibada noted that Bofoi, also known as Metal Knight, introduced the Deep Sea King to the viewers. The class S hero added that the monster is nothing but cocky.

Furthermore, the Deep Sea King arrived and the disaster level has been increased to Demon. Two other heroes try to take on the gigantic creature but ended up beaten to a pulp.

Due to the devastation in the city, Speed of Sound Sonic was able to get out of prison. He also tried to defeat the Deep Sea King but was also unsuccessful. "One Punch Man" episode 8 will reveal how the monstrous sea creature restores his energy.

Meanwhile, Saitama still has not found where the Deep Sea King is. Fortunately, the class C hero-for-fun was given directions by someone from the Hero Association.
