Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are not breaking up. Rumor has it that the celebrity couple is actually thinking about tying the knot.
Mirror has reported that the Scottish DJ was spotted shopping for jewelry at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills just this September. This immediately sparked rumors that he was purchasing an engagement ring to seal his proposal for the "Blank Space" songstress.
"He said he wanted something very special for Taylor," a source revealed. "He was asking about the best cuts and eyed a ring that was worth $1.4 million. He was clearly eager to get the perfect rock, no matter the cost!"
Although it might be true that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have only started to date each other, the singer's close friends are convinced that their good friend is ready to take the next step with her new beau.
Just a week ago, Harris was seen carrying an Aladdin-style carpet through West Hollywood. This added fuel to the rumors of an early engagement with speculations that the couple had already started to live with each other.
Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have remained strong amidst constant breakup rumors. The reports about an impending split first started when Harris was seen leaving a Thai massage parlor. Although there was nothing particularly suspicious with that, it did create rumors that he was having an affair with one of the employees there. However, it does not look like the couple is going to break up soon since new reports suggest that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are getting married sooner than later.
It is even rumored that their parents are going to meet each other for the very first time in the next week. It is believed that their families are going to celebrate Thanksgiving together.
It is also rumored that Swift might take a page off of Jennifer Aniston's book. After all, the "Friends" star did pull off her own top secret wedding with Justin Theroux.
