Emilia Clarke is featured in the new "Game of Thrones" season 6 footage included in HBO's 2015 Yearender video.

It showed the new series ("Vinyl," "Westworld," "Animals") and films ("All the Way," "Confirmation") that the network has in store for viewers next year. The HBO 2015 Yearender video also revealed new seasons for shows such as "Silicon Valley," "Ballers," "Vice," "Girls" and the highly-anticipated "Game of Thrones" season 6.

Bustle noted that the upcoming sixth season of "GoT" is not only exciting because of how things ended in season 5, it will also be unexpected since the show was finally able to catch up with George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series.

Emilia Clarke, who portays "Game of Thrones" season 6 character Daenerys Targaryen, was shown in an unknown location. Telegraph reported that the Mother of Dragons flew off on Drogon before she was surrounded by a Dothraki khalasar last season.

Cersei Lannister (Lena Headley) also made an appearance as she embraced son Tommen Baratheon (Dean-Charles Chapman). It was suggested that Myrcella, Cersei's only daughter, died from Dornish poison last season.

Ramsay Bolton, played by Iwan Rheon, was seen riding a horse. There are speculations that he will be going to war with a resurrected Jon Snow (Kit Harington) in "Game of Thrones" season 6.

Fans were abuzz as a new poster for the show was revealed. It confirmed that "Game of Thrones" season 6 will be aired by April next year. The image sparked rumors that Jon Snow will be returning from his death.

Kit Harington was previously spotted in full costume on the set of the show, leading to rumors that he will be back for "Game of Thrones" season 6. "And isn't he dead?" Emilia Clarke said.

Vanity Fair reported that Snow's appearance in the HBO video was from episode 4 of season 5, where Melisandre was trying to seduce him. One theory suggests that Melisandre will use her powers to resurrect Jon Snow in "GoT" season 6.
