A new "Deadpool" movie poster has been released for the 12 Days of Deadpool event.

Entertainment Weekly reported that the "Deadpool" movie poster is just the beginning of the 12 Days of Deadpool event. The promo will conclude with a brand new trailer for the film on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.

"Hi, I'm Deadpool," Ryan Reynolds said in a promo video for the 12 Days of Deadpool event, "the other jolly guy in a red suit with a lap worth sitting on."

"In the spirit of this most festive time of year, I've decided to release my holiday cheer all over the world. How, you ask? Well, you naughty stocking-stuffers, brace yourselves because starting today you're getting not one, not two, but 12 glorious days of Deadpool."

The 12 Days of Deadpool will release exclusive content to different publications. A new "Deadpool" movie poster was revealed for Dec. 14 on EW. Other outlets which will receive first-hand updates are People, Deviant Art, Empire, Fandango, Deadpool Core, Mashable and iMAX, among others.

"It's time for Saint Wade to put the 'win' in winter wonderland," the actor teased in the video.

The new "Deadpool" movie poster showed the anti-hero carrying a big gun pointing down. "Wait 'til you get a load of me," the image read.

Previously, the "Deadpool" movie poster showed the Merc with a Mouth grabbing his behind. Director Tim Miller has also recently revealed that the anti-hero is pansexual.

"Pansexual! I want that quoted," Miller told Collider. "Pansexual Deadpool."

"There is some sexuality in this movie for sure," Reynolds, who portrays the titular character, added. "You kinda think you have moments when you're shooting where you think, 'This is, uh, a little excessive. This is a comic book movie. Are we gonna get away with this?'"

Writer/producer Simon Kinberg has revealed that the goal of the "Deadpool" movie is to stay true to the comics. The film will also talk about his love story with Vanessa.
