The official website for the "One Punch Man" anime has released teasers for two new OVA (original video anime) episodes last Sunday.
Anime News Network reported that "One Punch Man" anime's official website has released the first two minutes from the series' first OVA episode. The first minute from its second OVA has also been released.
The first OVA, which will be 12 minutes long, is entitled "A Shadow That Snuck Up Too Close." It features an original story written by "One Punch Man" manga creator ONE.
It takes place after Saitama fought with Mosquito Girl in "One Punch Man" episode 2. The first OVA episode focuses on Genos as he tries to find out the secret behind the hero-for-fun's strength.
Moreover, a mysterious person, who seems to have a grudge against Saitama, appears. The first OVA is included in "One Punch Man" anime's first Blu-ray Disc/DVD which will be released on Dec. 24, 2015.
The second "One Punch Man" anime OVA episode, which is 11 minutes long, is entitled "The Pupil Who Is an Extremely Poor Talker." It is also an original story by ONE.
It shows Genos as he deals with Don Pacino's Mafia gang while going on a bargain-shopping trip for Saitama. The second OVA will be included in "One Punch Man" anime's second Blu-ray Disc/DVD which will be released on Jan. 29, 2016.
"One Punch Man" anime premiered in Japan last October. The last episode for season 1 was aired last Dec. 20, 2015.
"One Punch Man" episode 12, entitled "The Strongest Hero," showed Saitama's fight with Lord Boros. The Dominator of the Universe was the hero-for-fun's first opponent who did not die after his iconic one-punch attack.
The episode featured an epic fight scene between the two powerful beings and showcased their true powers.
Saitama's killer final move, the Serious Punch, was shown in "One Punch Man" episode 12. It destroyed the spaceship and the marble thing inside Lord Boros' head, causing him to die.
