In the upcoming Season 5B new episode titled "The Last Chimera," a "terrifying hell beast" dubbed as history's most powerful werewolf is on its way to Beacon Hills and it might just stage one of the biggest fights ever seen in "Teen Wolf."
TV Guide, in its report, described the new beast, which the Dread Doctors call "La Bete" or "The Beast," that is about to devastate the town of Beacon Hills as "nothing 'Teen Wolf' has ever seen before." Holland Roden, who plays Lydia Martin in the series, teases that the new beast will have a different aesthetic and an effect that's all-new.
"There is a special effect [for this new creature] that has never been seen on 'Teen Wolf' before," Roden told TV Guide. "We've had a lot of creatures, a lot of ears, blood, teeth and fur. We've had straps, leather, metal and bones, but this is different. You have not seen this effect yet."
In the sneak peek video for Episode 11 of "Teen Wolf" Season 5B, it was Deputy Valerie Clarke (Benita Robledo) who, while looking inside a building, first saw the huge wolf-like creature. The teaser further showed Liam Dunbar (Dylan Sprayberry) and Hayden Romero (Victoria Moroles) running for their lives when they were spotted and hunted down by the horrifying creature, which ended with the couple jumping off a cliff to escape.
Meanwhile, Stiles and Scott's friendship will be more tested and their tension will be expected to intensify in the upcoming new episode of Season 5B. Inquisitr, however, said in its report that this tension will be good for both friends as it may ultimately lead to their reconciliation. Also, Scott needs Stiles as he will be needing to borrow from The Blues Brothers and Stiles is his key to achieve that.
Scott will also be needing help from the hunters, which means that the Argents will be back. Inquisitr confirms that Chris Argent (JR Bourne) and Gerard Argent (Michael Hogan) will be back.
