Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit is reportedly "ruining [the] lives" of her fans.
According to People, Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit by Kylie has given excited buyers an "emotional roller coaster." Fans of the 18-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star are furious after not being able to receive the lipsticks that they ordered.
Apparently, after successfully purchasing Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit, the buyers never got to see the item in real life.
"Lol a month later, Lip Kit by Kylie sends out a 'my bad' email letting customers know they won't be getting their orders," Twitter user Christine Nicole posted.
The social media queen has been blasted for the delay of her Lip Kit's delivery. Jenner has blamed warehouse mix-ups and other postal crises which were said to be out of her hands.
Meanwhile, Kylie has teased new shades on Snapchat. "We will be restocking in the 3 original colors as well as the new ones," she wrote.
A customer shared her horror story of ordering Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit. "When I clicked purchase, it just loaded and loaded and loaded... and loaded... and finally said there was an error," the buyer said.
"Later that afternoon, I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged more than $90 for the Kylie Lip Kits. So I checked my spam folder and lo and behold, there was a confirmation email saying I had purchased all three."
Meanwhile, an upcoming "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" episode will see Kim Kardashian-West talking to her little sister about walking for her husband's NYFW show, Us Weekly reported.
"I just wanted to go over with you," Kim told Kylie.
"You know, [Kanye]'s like, such a perfectionist obviously, and this is a really big deal, to do a second show. His first show did so well, you know, the second it's like - even that much more pressure. So I just want it to be perfect. It'll be so much fun and I want you to like, be profesh."
