The fans of the ''Ted" franchise and Mila Kunis are waiting to see more of her in the near future.
Milena Markovna "Mila" Kunis is popularly known as Mila Kunis. She is an American Actress and as a teenager came to fame by playing the role of Jackie Burkhart on the television series ''That '70s Show.'' Since 1999, she has lent her voice to the role of Meg Griffin on the animated series ''Family Guy.''
She played Rachel Jansen in the romantic comedy-drama ''Forgetting Sarah Marshall'' which brought her to limelight in 2008. Her remarkable roles in the movies, ''Max Payne'' which was released in 2008, ''The Book of Eli'' released in 2010, ''Friends with Benefits'' released in 2011, ''Ted'' released in 2012 and ''Oz the Great and Powerful'' which was released in 2013 established her film career.
The ''Ted'' franchise which is a comedy film is successful commercially. This movie was first launched in 2012. The plot revolves around the character John Bennett (Played by Mark Wahlberg) who is a lonely child and his Teddy Bear ''Ted'' (Played by Seth MacFarlane- voice and motion picture) comes to life and gives him company. Kunis plays the role of Lori, the love interest of Wahlberg.
''Ted 2'' was a sequel of this comedy and was released in 2015 and did a business of $215 million v/s $549.4 million for the first one. This drama unfurls with the plot of Lori divorcing John and ''Ted'' the bear looking for a sperm donor to have a baby.
It was reported by Kpopstarz in Aug. 2015 that ''Ted 3'' is on its way. Sam Jones who played the role of the presiding minister in ''Ted 2'' will be a part of the cast. Seth MacFarlane returns as the director and the main force behind the movie. However, there was no news of Mila Kunis returning.
MNG news guide also had come up with a report that "Ted 2" was not received well in the box office because of Kunis' absence.
Bustle reported that since Kunis has a long-standing relationship with creator Seth MacFarlane (having voiced the character of Meg on "Family Guy" since 1999) and many applauded her performance in ''Ted,'' Kunis was not happy not to be a part of ''Ted 2.''
However since Kunis and Ashton Kutcher were busy taking care of their baby, she couldn't return. However will the audience get to see the ravishing star in ''Ted 3?"
