Chris Brown will not face battery charges for the police report filed by a Brazilian model.
TMZ reported that Liziane Gutierrez filed a police report against the "Zero" singer for purportedly punching her at a Vegas hotel earlier this month. However, the police dismissed the case since the Brazilian model did not have enough evidence to support her claim.
Apparently, Chris Brown has said that he never laid a finger on her. Also, Gutierrez was only pissed because she wasn't allowed to get into the singer's after-party.
Moreover, last August, she also went off on Jason Derulo for not being included in his after-party. She claimed that Derulo tried to convince the women who were with him to "do some nasty stuff," but Gutierrez was not able to pull up evidence for this claim as well.
According to Fox News, Brown's publicist, Nicole Perna, described the charges as "unequivocally untrue." Gutierrez was said to have been escorted out of the party for "being disruptive and out of control."
"Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown - throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel' - as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party," Perna added.
"The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel."
Meanwhile, Christian Post speculated that Chris Brown and Rihanna may be back together. The exes, who had a tumultuous relationship, have recently collaborated on a new song entitled "Nobody's Business."
The publication noted that the song seems to imply that Brown and Rihanna are "trying to tell everyone that their decision is their own." They also collaborated on another track, "Counterfeit," with Wiz Khalifa.
