Christina Aguilera may be literally back on "The Voice" but news and rumors have it Blake Shelton went all out to purportedly make sure Gwen Stefani still had a place on the show.

In an item on Radar Online, it was mentioned that the "Neon Light" singer went as far as almost leaving the show just to make sure that the No Doubt frontwoman won't be kicked out of "The Voice" season 10.

"He told them that he was considering leaving if they didn't bring her back," an insider told the source above. "But the execs knew that Blake was bluffing, thankfully. This is such a huge source of income for Blake and America loves him so they came up with a plan to bring Gwen back on as a mentor on Blake's team."

NBC has yet to confirm whether Stefani will indeed be in the upcoming season of "The Voice" to mentor for Blake Shelton's team.

But according to news on Us Weekly, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Tori Kelly and Patti LaBelle were apparently becoming mentors too. Diddy will reportedly help out Pharrell William's team while Kelly and LaBelle will assist Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera, respectively.

As told by Bustle, "The Voice" season 10 will likely be back on NBC by next month. Last week, the "Dirrty" singer has even shared a picture of her on Instagram getting all ready for an engagement for the show.

Christina Aguilera has been confirmed in the news to be taking on the judge's chair since October last year. NBC official Paul Telegdy even said back then that the "Beautiful" singer's work with Blake Shelton, Levine and Pharrell will be as exciting as it was before.

"The coaches on 'The Voice' continue to bring incredible energy, unrivaled musical expertise and a want-to-win attitude that makes for the perfect ingredients of a two-time Emmy-winning show," he told Entertainment Weekly back then.
