Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington's time on the "Game of Thrones" and even after it seemed to just be getting more challenging than ever.

While the Jon Snow actor had to deal with the never-ending questions about his character's fate, the Daenerys Targaryen actress, on the other hand, apparently almost faced death for the season 6 filming.

In a recent interview, the English actor revealed that because of so much interest about his "GOT" character, he decided to go into hiding shortly after season 5 ended.

"I've just hit the ground, and gone undercover," he told Digital Spy last month. "I've tried to do absolutely no press for anything."

Even though he's questioned a lot about Jon Snow's death, the "MI-5" actor didn't mind as it showed him how special the show was for the public.

"It's brilliant, the fact that people care about this TV show and what happens to the people they love or hate in it, is a special thing," the 29-year-old actor pointed out. "I've got nothing to complain about, put it that way. If they care about it and I get asked about it a lot, it means that people hold it dear to their hearts and it's doing what it meant to."

As Kit Harington dealt with the aftermath of his character's death on "Game of Thrones," Emilia Clarke had to face even more danger in filming season 6 as she shared during the 2016 Screen Actors Awards.

"Legitimately, this season almost killed us," she exclaimed to E! News. "Like it is epic. It's huge. It's insane. It's silly."

"Game of Thrones" season 6 will be back on HBO on April 24. While Emilia Clarke's character will surely be there, Kit Harington's Jon Snow fate remained unknown despite being featured on the show's poster.
