At 43, Gwyneth Paltrow looks nowhere near her age. She recently shared her secrets to staying fit and young-looking.

People magazine reported that actress, who has her own skin care line launching in March, stays young and glowing because of a lot of things, including healthy eating habits, regular exercise, and a lot of action under the sheets. She added that being happy is as important.

Even with all her beauty and healthy habits however,  she told People that is not afraid of getting older at all. She said she "earned" all of her gray hairs. Contrary to what other people feel when they step into their 40s, Paltrow revealed that she feels more beautiful now more than ever, even compared to her 20-year-old self. She credits that to finally being comfortable in her own skin. She admits though to having a lot of bad hair days, but she is completely fine with this.

Recently, Paltrow earned the praises of her trainer and friend, Tracy Anderson. The celebrity trainer said even though she trained her over a decade ago, Paltrow herself has a metabolism to die for. "She's five-foot-10 with a metabolism that doesn't quit and I'm barely five feet tall and I will gain a pound a day if I don't exercise," Anderson shared. I would never win if I measured my progress or goals against hers; we come to fitness from two different places," the trainer added.

The trainer also shared that Paltrow was so amazed that Anderson managed to make her body do things she did not thought was possible that she encouraged Anderson to train more women. Paltrow directed her first two DVDs and introduced her to Oprah Winfrey.
