 A thief broke into the Kobe showroom at the Lower Merion High School in Philadelphia on Wednesday,

The thief broke the lock on the show floor and stole Bryant's high school jerseys, basketball shoes signed by Bryant, and winning trophies during high school.

The value of stolen souvenirs was unknown. However, the school said Bryant's uniform was a replica.

Bryant, who went to the NBA after graduating from high school in 1996, spent 20 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, and he recorded an average of 25 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists in 1,345 regular league games.

He also played a major role as national champion in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics gold medal.
