Your mental health affects almost every part of your life, from your physical well-being and your outlook on life to your internal monologue and your relationship with the people around you. Because it has such a huge impact, it's important to check in with yourself and take care of your mental health the best you can.

Talking openly about the subject and reaching out when you need help is the first step toward overcoming your problems and starting to heal. By accepting the present and realizing your potential for taking charge of the situation, you can take the first step on your healing journey by replacing detrimental thought patterns with healthier ones.

Which one is better?

There's no answer to this question. Neither DBT nor CBT is better than the other. Each is the best solution for different people and different problems.  Every individual's symptoms are different and come with varying intensity. The therapist is the only person qualified to decide whether DBT or CBT has a greater chance of helping you take control of your symptoms and improve your life.
