Queen diva Beyonce Knowles has yet another venture that will leave her fans and health-conscious individuals at the edge of her seats. This new business project is particularly good news for vegans. The pop icon has formally launched a vegan meal delivery service called "22 Days Nutrition".
According to news reports, the service will provide clean food that also backs up weight loss. The 22 Days Nutrition program is supported by the belief that 21 days is what everyone needs to reverse a bad habit. The Listen diva collaborates with her personal trainer, Marco Borges, for this business feat.
Borges stresses out the value and significance of being on a plant-based diet, adding that people find themselves "trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness," says Borges. He assures that this meal delivery service will make it easier to reset such habits with plant-based foods that are healthy and delicious.
The 22 Days Nutrition website writes: "We believe in the idea of embracing great foods, not avoiding bad ones. And that dedication can taste like decadence."
Everything provided by the service are all-organic, non-GMO, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free. Meals are naturally low in sugar and salt, fat, while abundant in nutrients and flavors from vegetables, grains, beans, spices, and herbs.
Menus are on a rotating scheme. The first step to ordering is to choose a meal plan, whether it be 1 meal, 2 meals, or 3 meals a day, as well as the number of days or weeks of delivery. Meals are fresh and never frozen, and are delivered in an insulated cooler. All orders are delivered on Fridays.
Beyonce herself has tried a 22-day vegan, plant-based diet, along with her husband Jay-Z. This "22-day challenge" began on December 3 of last year and ended on Christmas day. The couple was spotted sporting lean, trim bodies after their 22-day vegan journey.
