Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are rumored to be dating again.
Christian Post reported that there are speculations that "The Vampire Diaries" actor will be getting back together with his ex-girlfriend. This news comes with the fact that Ian Somerhalder is still married to Nikki Reed.
According to the publication, several sources say that the newlyweds are currently having marital problems. Fans are hoping that this will make Somerhalder, who portrays Damon Salvatore in "TVD," go back to Dobrev.
"Glad that Ian Somerhalder is married and happy, but kinda wish he was still dating Nina Dobrev," Twitter user Michaela posted.
It was previously reported that Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are headed for divorce. Apparently, the 36-year-old actor wants to start their family now. However, the "Twilight" actress is still focusing on her career for now.
Things seem to be going well for Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell, though. The couple, who made their red carpet debut at the premiere of the actor's World War II film "Bridge of Spies," now made their relationship Twitter official.
E! News reported that the high-profile couple is "only now officially official." Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell had no idea that they were not connected on Twitter.
"That weird moment when you realize you don't follow your girlfriend on Twitter," Stowell tweeted along with a screenshot of Dobrev's profile.
Nina Dobrev replied with a screenshot of her boyfriend's profile showing that she, too, was not following the actor. "That awkward moment when u realize [you're] not following him either & gotta do it real fast b4 he realizes [sic]," the actress tweeted.
"I guess it's official," Austin Stowell added.
The couple started dating just this summer. Last July, Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell enjoyed a luxurious getaway. They were first linked when they were spotted getting cozy at the Hallmark Shoebox relaunch in Hollywood last Jun. 10.
