"One Punch Man" anime season 2 is reportedly delayed.

According to The Bitbag, "One Punch Man" anime creator Yusuke Murata has promised season 2 for the popular series. The publication noted that the second season may be delayed due to the long process of animation.

"Note that it doesn't mean Season 2 is 'confirmed.' There's not enough content to be adapted as of now," Anime Corner wrote.

"Murata said that he will work hard to make it possible!"

It was previously reported that "One Punch Man" anime creator Yusuke Murata took to Twitter last Dec. 14 to announce that he and his team are trying their best to produce season 2.

Christian Today reported that the creation of anime series usually range from six to nine months or one to two years. The website added that if Murata intends to keep his promise, he and his team would definitely need to "keep up a fast pace" so that they can complete "One Punch Man" anime season 2.

Moreover, "One Punch Man" manga purportedly has the plot ready for season 2. Yusuku Murata still has a lot of things to do, though.

"Rushing to release the second season would mean a daily routine of 10 hours' worth of editing, and at least a hundred drafted, inked, and final storyboards drawn," CT wrote.

MNR Daily noted that there is no concrete news on when "One Punch Man" anime season 2 will be available. The second season of the highly-popular series may be released some time in November or December this year.

In a report by When-will.net, the website hopes that "One Punch Man" anime will continue especially since the manga already has nine volumes.

"We don't believe that the studio will take their time with the release, so most likely we will see the second season of One-Punch Man in the spring of 2016," the publication wrote.
